Second trail of the year!

After the Paris half-marathon and the Angkor trail, this weekend I put on a 3rd bib for the trail du glanum in the Alpilles. A short 10km but with 350 m of ascent, which was new for me.

I was a bit worried about that, but in the end I really enjoyed the variations in pace, especially the downhill sections

It was great to run with discipline specialists like Laurie Phaï and world champion Blandine L’hirondel.

Thank you Nathalie Mary and Benoît Mary (who have supported me since my first Vendée Globe), Mathieu Masbernard for the photos and encouragement, and Kilian Moni (the mountaineer of the bunch) for the videos and of course all the organization of this race in Saint Rémy de Provence, who had even provided Breton weather for the occasion!
