Find out who is the new team communication manager !

The team is happy to welcome Carla Burgaud, as communication manager. She replaces Laure Lunven, whose mission was coming to an end.

Carla grew up in the Paris area, in a family with a passion for sport. Her weekends were punctuated by rugby games and Formula 1 Grand Prix races. She made her debut in sailing on the sponsor side, working in the communications departments of Banque Populaire Grand Ouest, Sodebo then Inter Invest. In 2024, she set herself a new challenge: to move to the other side of the fence, on the sailing team side, by joining the Fortinet – Best Western team.

The thing I love about my job is telling stories. And sailors are fascinating characters whose adventures never end! My aim is to bring you as close as possible to Romain’s adventure, especially during the Vendée Globe.
