This is a cry for help! I’ve got a big problem: I can’t stand freeze-dried food.
Yes, a lot of progress has been made, especially in terms of taste! But after more than 25 years of eating them every time I’m at sea, I’ve had an overdose. And I’m not even talking about the shopping I’ve done in New York!
French products are the real thing! So I’m calling on French artisans, ambassadors of local cuisine and local producers. Would you be willing to help me with the Vendée Globe? I don’t want to eat nothing but freeze-dried food for two and a half months 😂
