First sail since dismasting

One month after her dismasting, the IMOCA Fortinet – Best Western is back on the water. After fitting the mast last Thursday, and the boom and sails on Friday, it was time to get back out on the water to check that everything was working properly!

Yesterday, we sailed for the first time to validate the installation of the new elements, and the good news is that everything is ok for the technical team. The team is now continuing to prepare the delivery of the IMOCA to Les Sables d’Olonne. Departure is scheduled for Thursday morning!
