Meet Cantin, composite specialist and boat preparer of the IMOCA Fortinet – Best Western, but also a great variety singer. You should hear him sing his favorite song, Comme D’habitude by Claude François: emotions guaranteed.

A competitor at heart, Cantin began his career in light sailing. He is a former French F18 champion and Red Bull Flying Phantom athlete.

Above all, Cantin is an outstanding preparer who knows racing boats inside out, having worked and sailed on Ocean Fifty, Ultim and IMOCA boats. Equally at ease at the winch column or with a sander in his hands, he also possesses a devastating sense of humor. Don’t be fooled by his bear-like appearance, Cantin is our team’s go-to guy. His three essentials when out at sea: his knife, his waterproof socks and his phone.
